I was just disappointed that the image was just a png and a jpg and no eps. It had a black background which I had to separate out.

Excellent. I left Fotolia (sadly) when they were taken over by Adobe. The only thing I miss from Fotolia is that when you glide the cursor over the image, it's enlarged. Can be annoying on large pages full of pix. Here, you have to open the image in a separate window, which takes a few seconds longer. Everything else great!

I escaped to Fotosearch from Fotolia after the latter was bought up by the usual over-priced ruthless giant corporation. I just hope and pray Fotosearch remains independent because I'm going to stay with them forever if I can. If they sell to giant corporations, I'll bail out again. Having a wonderful experience. I looked for a specific type of World Tree with my son for his new business. I wanted him to start off right with a licensed image for his logo, like I did. It give peace of mind. We found a tree pretty quick an as I already had an account closing the transaction was easy. Highly recommend.

I did not end up buying an image from Fotosearch but it was because I found the exact imagine I was looking for elsewhere. Ease of search was good, and a good selection of hummingbirds.

I was totally surprised they got back to me immediately and took me step by step to vector my image.i was so excited and pleased with their SERVICE!!!
